2 table spoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
2 cloves of garlic
Splash of sesame oil
Splash of rice vinegar
2 tsp of ginger
2 tablespoons of water
1 tsp of chili flakes to taste
Mix one tsp of cornflour with 1 tsp of water & add to thicken sauce as needed.
2 pieces of steak of your choice OR 250g of beef.
Slice & stir fry your steak/beef
When browned add:
1 sliced red pepper
1 sliced yellow pepper
1 broccoli floret
Hand full of beansprouts
Add your sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds to serve.
