Feta & Spinach Omelette

SERVES: 2

Teaspoon of grass-fed butter
6 eggs (alter to suit appetite) mixed well
100g of Feta cheese
6 spring onions
2 handfuls of baby spinach
Salt & Pepper to taste

Method:

Melt the butter in your pan, add your eggs, sprinkle over your toppings and cook on a low – medium heat.
