I started the program roughly 11 weeks post pregnancy. I have learnt so much more about core and pelvic floor than I thought possible, which has been crucial in allowing me to strengthen it. I think it’s evident from completing the program that it’s been expertly crafted by physiotherapists, for which I am so grateful. I felt big improvements very early in to the program and have continued to greatly improve my core & pelvic floor strength throughout. I used to suffer from back pain, which has completely gone since doing this program. Just wish I knew about this earlier!
