Horrendous pregnancy ending in a emergency c-section, with very little exercise tolerance. Very large DR due to twins. I was able to complete this programme after medical clearance with no problems. It challenged me, it progressed me & it gave me back my confidence. I now run, jump & play with my little one with no leakage, no pain & in my pre pregnancy clothes.
